Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

This request is in regard to the LA Metro Transit Watch application developed in house by the LAMTA.

I would like a list of any outside vendors used to develop the app or its management console and amounts paid for this work.

Data from 2022, 2023, and Q1 of 2024 for:
What is the total number of reports received from the app?
What percent of reports submitted had a photo submitted?
What percent of reports had geolocation information with the report?
How many text messages were sent from the app?

And finally, what is the annual cost to support and maintain this app and its management console?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
