Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications in your possession, of any type whatsoever, to and from the Trump Organization and any Trump Organization subsidiaries or their agents regarding tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your request. The Office of the Assessor is in the process of gathering all the relevant documents pursuant to your request. The Office of the Assessor expects to have all the relevant documents available within the 10 day time frame as required by Government Code Section 6253(c) (i.e. March 27, 2018). I will contact you if we need an extension of time under Section 6253(c). In addition, if no documents or records exist as requested, the Office of the Assessor will notify you of such findings.

I sent you some information (see attached) some time ago in response to your request. It included the decline-in-value amounts by parcel and year for each of the properties. I'm afraid I do not have correspondence to share. This is all done through the Executive Office, which oversees the Assessment Appeals Boards.
