Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

· A copy of the bid submitted in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters.

Now that Amazon has announced the locations of its second headquarters, there is no ongoing competition barring the proposal's release.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please find below a link to The Loudoun County Department of Economic Development’s website where we have posted documents pertaining to the joint proposal of Loudoun and Fairfax counties for the Amazon HQ2 project. Please be aware that the actual submission to the company was done as part of a regional proposal that was compiled, finalized and sent by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. As such, that organization is the owner of those complete documents. What you will find in the link below are the documents specific to the site referenced as Innovation Station. Where there are redactions they are done in compliance with Virginia Code Section 2.2-3705.6.3.
