Hello,
You requested the following:

Pursuant to Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all files - including, but not limited to, any records, audio recordings, video recordings, deeds, applications, permits, certificates, vital records, complaints, police incident reports, investigations, calls for service, correspondence, or any other materials - held by this or any division within this city's jurisdiction regarding or mentioning Hunter Stockton Thompson, popularly known as Hunter S. Thompson, a well-known journalist who passed away on February 20, 2005.

KRS 61.872(3)(b) requires a request for copies by mail to have "precisely describe[[d]" the records. "A request must be specific enough so that a public agency can identify and locate the records in question." OAG 89-8. "A description is sufficiently precise for purposes of records access by mail if it describes the records in definite, specific, and unequivocal terms." 98-ORD-17 (internal quotation marks omitted). A request for "any and all" records which contain a name is not a properly framed open records request, and ... generally need not be honored. Such a request places an unreasonable burden on the agency to produce often incalculable numbers of widely dispersed and ill-defined public records." 99-ORD-14.

If you can name the type of record you seek and a limited time period in which such record may be found, we will try to fulfill your request.
