Use of Force Policy (Lowndes County Sheriff's Office)

Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All policies, practices, procedures, rules, or orders concerning the use of force.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thanks for your response! If the document cannot be emailed, I would need the document mailed. Am I understanding correctly that the cost of printed records is $3, and I would need to pay an additional $10 to have the document mailed? Or is the $10 fee for shipping and handling only applicable to records production in CD format?
