According to a press release from Gov. Abbott's office on November 7, 2023, the Public Safety Office is administering 13 grant awards totaling $72 million for "Texas Anti-Gang Centers" associated programs: https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-over-528-million-in-public-safety-grants
According to responsive records from Gov. Abbot's office, Lubbock County received a grant of $12,552,087.27 (awarded on 20-Oct-23) for the "Texas Anti Gang Center" (grant number 3401107).
Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $12,552,087.27, awarded on 20-Oct-23, for the "Texas Anti Gang Center" submitted to the Governor's Public Safety Office (grant number 3401107).
This request is not seeking further documentation beyond the list of awardees and amount awarded to each.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
