To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All communications between the Douglas County Sheriff’s office and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from January 1, 2025 to March 10, 2025.
- All communications between the Douglas County Sheriff’s office and Tom Homan from January 1, 2025 to March 10, 2025.
- Any records regarding the Delegation of Immigration Authority Section 287(g) Immigration and Nationality Act
- A copy of the agreement for the Douglas County Sheriff's office to join ICE’s Section 287 (g) program
-all policies related to interacting with non us citizens

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
