Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
RFP response from current parking violation/ticket processing vendor. Current contract with parking violation/ticket processing vendor, with contract begin and end dates.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Good morning, Mr. Dodd. A contract has not yet been signed for RFB 8630-0-2017-MR Parking Citation Late Notice Printing-Mailing. Due to the length of time that has passed it may have to be Rebid. The current vendor is WI DOA but there is no formal contract with them. Thank you for your interest and please let me know if there is anything else you need.
