Mansfield ISD device distribution email

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request an electronic copy of all email communications to and from the email accounts KimberleyCantu@misdmail.org, SeanScott@misdmail.org, GregMinter@misdmail.org, KyleDavie@misdmail.org, and GailMarlin@misdmail.org from May 1, 2020 – August 9, 2020 (inclusive), with the following case-insensitive search terms: "Device distribution", "iPad distribution", "iPad", "Device Pickup", "iPad pickup", "NBC", "MPD", "Mansfield Police", "Brooks Wester", and "Wester"

Emails are requested in their original electronic format, or in .EML or .MSG format, with all non-exempt headers and metadata, and you must preserve all attachments, exhibits, formatting, hyperlinks, images, colors, and From/To/Cc/Bcc email addresses, or if you will use PDF, do not print and scan (the PDF should be searchable).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
