1. A list of all state troopers and their badge numbers who were deployed to the Arizona State University "encampment" on Friday, April 26, 2024 at approximately 11pm. 

2. All body camera footage from all responding state troopers to the Arizona State University "encampment" on Friday, April 26, 2024 at approximately 11pm.

1. A copy of all university policies, protocols, and procedures related to emergency management situations that the university used in responding to the "encampment" on Friday, April 26, 2024.

2. Metadata for email communications where Michael Thompson is either the sender, recipient, CC'ed, or BCC'ed, sent between the dates of 4/1/2024 and 5/2/2024 and containing one of the following keywords: "encampment", "protest", "Palestine", and/or "Liberated Zone". Please include any variations that are not case sensitive.

The specific metadata data points I'm interested in are: to address(es), from address, cc address(es), bcc address(es), sent date/time, received date/time, subject line, and names of all attachments. This request does not seek the contents of the emails themselves, and only the specified email metadata. Please do not include duplicate emails. Please provide me with the records in an Excel format.

- Phoenix Police Department

- Tempe Police Department

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

***Effective February 1, 2024, pursuant to ARS 39-129, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Legal Liaison Section has implemented a new fee schedule for requests for video recordings. The fee for processing video recordings is $25 per each video-hour ($6.25 per quarter hour). In the event there are contemporaneous multiple requests for the same video, the cost associated with processing the video will be shared equally between all requesting parties at that time. Requests for previously processed videos will be at no cost unless the requestor wishes to receive a hard copy instead of an electronic copy. Fees for hardcopies are listed below. ***

The fee breakdown for hard copies are as follows:

Documents: $.50 for each page

CD’s: $15.00 each
