Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

- A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $50,000 awarded to the City of Marion for the FY24 Organized Retail Crime Grant program.

- A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $50,000 awarded to the City of Marion for the FY25 Organized Retail Crime Grant program.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The City is in receipt of your request for records pursuant to the Illinois
Freedom of Information Act. Please be advised that we never received your
initial request. We were first aware of your request on December 6, 2024.
Your request is granted and all documents in our possession, use or control
that are responsive to your request are attached. There are no reporting
records to provide as we do not have any or create any. For the reporting
requirements the City inputs information through a portal created by the
state and no separate record is created or kept by the City.
