Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. A copy of the objection form associated with review of the book "The Storyteller" by Jodi Picoult, as referenced in the list of book challenges published at https://www.scribd.com/document/630033537/Martin-County-School-District-Removed-Books#.
2. A copy of any response to the objection form, any appeal submitted by the objector, any response to any such appeal, or any other documents reflecting the decision to remove the book.
3. A copy of any records generated in connection with the review of "The Storyteller," including any processing notes, minutes of meetings, or emails concerning the review.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
