Ms. Ryan,
I have conducted a search for records responsive to your request regarding Mary Croker and have located some records. Your request is denied as it pertains to medical records which are within the possession of this office. General Provisions Article, Section 4-306. In addition, the proper custodian for the autopsy report is the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of the State of Maryland.
The remaining records can be provided after the provision of the fees which would be attached to the records production. This office has already expended the two hours provided for by the Maryland Public Information Act. It will be necessary to expend approximately one hour of clerk time to redact personal identifying information of individuals named in the records (date of birth, address, phone number - GP Section 4-101 and 4-320) and to copy the materials. There are approximately 94 pages of documents to reproduce. With the time and copying costs, the fee will be $72.00. If you wish to obtain the records please send a check in that amount addressed to Baltimore County Government and mailed to my attention at Baltimore County States Attorneys Office, 401 Bosley Avenue, Towson, MD 21204
You have the right to contact the Public Access Ombudsman if you have any dispute concerning this response and/or to seek judicial review in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County under GP Section 4-362.
