Subject: Maryland Public Information Act Request: Maryland Parole Commission Members' Names, Terms, Salaries

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The following information for each of the ten current Maryland Parole Commissioners (Md. Code, Corr. Servs. § 7-202) and each current hearing examiner (Md. Code, Corr. Servs. § 7-204):
-Full Name (First and Last)
-2024 Annual Salary (for each individual person, not the total budget line item)
-Term Expiration Date (month, day, year)

Note: If the hearing examiners do not have official terms, that item can be left blank.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I still need the current Parole Commissioners' names and term expiration dates (and will then submit names to the Comptroller for salary information as requested). I'm not requesting the 2024 annual report, only need the names and term expirations at your soonest convenience.
