Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Quarterly electronic listings of all employees of the Maryland Executive Branch from October 1, 2022 through October 1 2024. Specifically, I am seeking electronic listings of all individuals employed within all state agencies, commissions, and departments for each quarter (January, April, July, October) from October 1, 2022 through October 1 2024.
In particular, I am seeking a spreadsheet with the following fields for each employee:
- Full legal name (including middle initial)
- Job title
- Department/agency
- Full time/ part time status
- Work street address
- Work zip code
- Hire date
- Gross annual salary
- Civil service status
This is a follow up to a request submitted on December 13, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
