Pursuant to Maryland's Public Information Act ("PIA"), I hereby request the following records:
Data files (in Excel format) used to produce the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention (GOCCP) SWAT Team Reporting reports of 2010-2014 at that agency's "SWAT Team Reporting – SB 447" page (http://goccp.maryland.gov/reports-publications/law-enforcement-reports/swat/), such that SWAT Team deployment records can be distinguished by Maryland police department and year, with those records in the format described in "SWAT Reporting Format", http://goccp.maryland.gov/wp-content/uploads/swat-reporting-format.xls).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
