MPIA Request for ZEEVIC Working Group Membership Selection Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Emails and other records and communications related to the Zero Emission Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Council (ZEEVIC) Chair selecting and naming the members, Chairs, and technical advisors for ZEEVIC Working Groups including the Working Group that developed the ZEV Policy Scorecard and the Trucking MHDV Infrastructure Working Group.

If all or any part of this request is denied, I request that I be provided with a written explanation that includes the reason for the denial, the legal authority justifying the denial, and my appeal rights. If you determine that some portions of the requested records are exempt from disclosure, please provide me with the portions that can be disclosed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
