Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Calendar for Secretary Robert R. Neall between December 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020. If a separate calendar is maintained by an assistant, please also include a copy of that calendar.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

This email serves as notice pursuant to §4-203(b)(2) of the General
Provisions Article (“GP”) of the Code of Maryland, that it will take us
more than ten (10) working days to determine whether the requested
documentation/information is in our possession, gather all documents and
determine whether any of the records are exempt from disclosure. Given the
ongoing state of emergency and MDH’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I
anticipate having a final response to you no later than March 31, 2021.
