Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to request all publicly available documents, coroner's reports, incident reports, and the like relating to an unidentified homicide victim sometimes known as the Woodland Jane Doe--Agency Case Number: B-678741/NCIC Case Number: U157488272/State ME Case Number 1054031/76-40U/76-1579A/B. The decedent was discovered on or about September 12, 1976, in the ff the roadway in the 5600 block of Dogwood Road near the back gate of the Lorraine Park Cemetery in the Woodlawn section of Baltimore. I am a researcher and writer who covers John and Jane Doe cases, and I have a strong track record of working with law enforcement in the Southeast to highlight cases--I can provide references upon request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
