Re: Public Records Request
Dear Sir/Madam:
Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law § 66-10 et seq., I write to request copies of certain records that are, or may be, in the possession of the Secretary of State’s Office.

Specifically, I request that I be provided with a copy of:

(a) All daily or weekly “public schedules” (or equivalent records under whatever name and issued on whatever periodic basis) stating events, meetings, appearances and/or travels of Secretary William F. Galvin, for the period January 1, 2016 to present.

(b) All calendars, schedules, appointment books (or equivalent records under whatever name and in any form whether electronic or hard copy and whether for internal or public use) created, kept and/or maintained, by or for Secretary Galvin, stating events, meetings, appearances, appointments, absences and/or travels involving Secretary Galvin, for the period January 1, 2016 to present. Please include information regarding the time, date and place, the identities of other participants and the purpose or nature for each event or entry, to the extent this is present in such records, and any other information that may be present.

To the extent possible, please provide responsive records in an electronic format and email such records to me at: DoctorFate77@gmail.com.

I understand that the Public Records Law requires a written response to this request within 10 days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than this amount of time, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies of the requested records.

I recognize that you may charge me the reasonable costs for copies and personnel time in complying with this request and pre-authorize any such fee up to $200.

If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you believe justifies the refusal to release the information.
Thank you for your assistance.

~Reginald L Mobley
