Records Requested:
1. Employment Information:
• Officer Edgar Dehoyos’s date of hire.
• Any and all training records, including certifications, continuing education, current rate of pay, and specialized training completed during employment.
2. Personnel Records:
• Officer Edgar Dehoyos’s complete personnel file.
• Documentation of promotions, commendations, or disciplinary actions.
• Internal Affairs complaints filed against Officer Edgar Dehoyos, including dispositions and outcomes of each complaint.
3. Complaints and Investigations:
• Any and all complaints filed against Officer Edgar Dehoyos, whether internal or external.
• Records relating to the resolution of these complaints, including findings of Internal Affairs investigations.
4. Arrest Records:
• A list of ALLl arrests made by Officer Edgar Dehoyos since the date of hire.
• For each arrest, I am requesting the following:
• The date and location of the arrest.
• The charges filed and the case number associated with the arrest.
For arrests with cases that have been closed or disposed of, I additionally request:
Arrest reports or narratives, including all details related to the incident.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
