Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting all records related to the arrest of Malcom Grant, a 27-year-old male from Dallas, Texas, who was taken into custody by the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office on March 19, 2025, around 11:13 PM, following a short pursuit that began at Interstate 24 & Lone Oak Road and ended near Bleich Road.

According to public reports, Mr. Grant failed to yield to a deputy during a traffic stop for speeding and an equipment violation. He was eventually arrested after striking a school zone sign. He was booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail on several charges including:

Fleeing or Evading Police (2nd Degree – Motor Vehicle)

Disregarding Traffic Control Device

Careless Driving

Criminal Mischief (1st Degree)

Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia

Rear License Not Illuminated

No Insurance

I am requesting the following records:

Arrest report and citation

Body-worn camera and/or dashcam footage from the pursuit

911 call recordings, if any

Booking information, mugshot

Incident and supplemental reports

Evidence logs

Any additional documentation filed in the case

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
