Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
The most recent contract (i.e. council resolution, contract extension, contract amendments, cure notices, or other revisions to agreements) between the city and SoundThinking, Inc., formerly ShotSpotter, Inc.. This document(s) should include the total cost over the life of the contract and the current expiration date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Following up on the note below from September 24th, responding to the documents you provided on September 23rd (Sophia Ludt's original request on July 3rd):
"Thank you for the documents. Are you certain there are no other city documents (council resolution, etc.) showing subsequent renewals of the contract? It appears what you provided is the initial quote for a one-year contract starting in 2020."
I'm hoping there are documents reflecting the subsequent renewals of the ShotSpotter contract. Thanks for your help.
