I am still not getting the requests submitted through Muckrock. It looks
like they are being submitted through the Sheriff's Office open records
portal, which at this time, I do not have access to.

The Sheriff's Office has no records of Justice of the Peace David Pareya.

The judiciary, which includes Judge Pareya, is not subject to the Texas
Public Information Act. Section 552.003(1)(B)(i), Texas Government Code.
