We also request any and all disciplinary actions that have been issued since Cody Blossman has been Chief Deputy or in the past 13 months. We would like to include all disciplinary records that are being kept in supervisors desk and not placed in the personnel files as these are government documents and we are requesting them. The fact that these disciplinary records may be being kept in a desk or file does not exempt them from being subject to open records as all disciplinary measures are open to the public to view.

We request the names of all employees who have resigned or been terminated from the McLennan County Sheriffs Office since Cody Blossman has been chief deputy or in the past 13 months.

We further request any and all emails and correspondence between Cody Blossman and Anna Picasso for the past 13 months.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
