Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any agreements or contracts, any written queries or statements concerning the upkeep or use of the McNamara property known as the "Shooting Range". This is to include deputies cleaning or clearing, or mowing the "shooting range", plus storage of ATV's at the range. Any contracts between McLennan County and the McNamara family or Sheriff for use, upkeep, free or paid, of the shooting range. Also, any deputies who have volunteered or been paid to keep the shooting range grounds or McNamara yard.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
