Please see the attached info which is responsive to your below request. I
am still not getting the requests submitted through Muckrock. It looks like
they are being submitted through the Sheriff's Office open records portal,
which at this time, I do not have access to.
The District Clerk's Office gathered the below Juror Pay info:
Venire: 86 @7.50: $645
Panel: 14 @ 15 (1st day) and @40 (subsequent): $2450
Total: $3095
Please see the below note from the Auditor's Office.
So far I have the attached invoices related to the Sutton trial.
1. Smedley Rue LLC (Schmaltz) 386.00
2. Chuck's Pizza 178.30
At this time, there are no other costs I can find out of the ordinary that
are specific to that trial. Of course, there are salary costs, overhead
costs, etc. but those are not specific to the trial.
