Stephen ***** The Ag has ruled to withhold case # 24-1791, all but the basic information, which I uploaded. I also uploaded a new case, 23-0423 that will be send to the AG because it did not result in conviction. The only releasable case was uploaded to the portal, along with a copy of the AG's ruling on 24-1791. I am still waiting on HR to get back with whether or not there is any reprimands in his file and will write again once they get back with me.***** For questions or additional information, please reply to this email. Stephen ***** Stephen Presnull's employee file only had one reprimand in it, but due to common law privacy issue, it has been sent to the Texas Attorney General's Office as well.
