Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any athletic department budget for the fiscal year 2020-2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

In order to fulfill your request, you will need to provide proof of Tennessee residency. Please see the public records statue below.
Our Tennessee public records statute, Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-503, limits access to public records to Tennessee citizens. The relevant language reads: "All state, county and municipal records shall at all times during business hours ..., be open for personal inspection by any citizen of Tennessee ...." Id. at subsec. (2)(a).

Appologies for the confsuion. I would like the athletic departments budgets for the 2019-2021 fiscal years. Budgets being the documents that help a department govern its money as well as shows actual and/or expected revenues expenses etc. Please let me know if you need any further clarifications.

Oh yes! understandable. I meant the budget you are using to facilitate operations for the year. So this document would include estimates of expected revenues and expenses not the actual seeing as that will not be completed until much later. Hope this helps explain.
