Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All agency training materials for the use of Peregrine products.
- All agency manuals for the use of Peregrine products.
- All agency policies or procedures for the use of Peregrine products.
- A roster of all agency employees who have or had a Peregrine user account between 1/1/2023 and 9/29/24.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

This is regard to PRA24-573. Per Menifee Police Department, Menifee PD does not have a manual specific to the use of Peregrine. Our existing policy pertaining to the use of Protected Information covers the use of Peregrine by authorized department personnel. The Protected Information policy has already been provided. Menifee PD has no further responsive records.
