Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to Merced contract with Sungard to purchase Sungard TRAKit software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

In regards to your request below. The City of Merced does not use the Sungard TRAKit software and has no agreement with Sungard regarding this product. Therefore, the City of Merced has no documents responsive to this request. Thank you.

Thank you for the prompt reply and sorry about the delay on our end! We assumed based on the enterprise contract catalogue that you're using Sungard software. Can you please send up the most current contract you have for building permit software?

The City does use Superion (formerly known as Sungard) for building permits. The name of the software is Naviline not the Trackit software you requested. I have attached the Sungard contract and Enterprise listing. Thank you.
