Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Evidence-handling guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the handling, chain of custody, preserving, processing and securing of digital evidence.

2. Regarding mobile device forensics and analysis devices and software made or distributed by the companies Cellebrite, Grayshift (including Graykey) and Magnet Forensics.
a. Current and previous contractual and purchasing documents. Examples of this are invoices, purchases orders, initial bid documents, quotes, contracts, loan agreements, procurement documents, requests for proposals, memorandum(s) of understanding, etc…
b. The registered licensee(s) of the device(s) and software(s) between 10/1/2019 and 2/1/2020
c. Any informal agreements or arrangements that reference GrayShift, Cellebrite, GrayKey, or Magnet Forensics; or otherwise guide the use or the relationship between this agency and the provider or developer of the software/hardware.
d. Records of email communication with the domains CellebriteUSA.com, cellebrite.com, magnetforensics.com, or grayshift.com.
e. Specifically for GrayShift; the authorized physical locations between 10/1/2019 and 2/1/2020 for the devices / licensing. “the authorized physical locations (the “Authorized Locations”) specified in your online order (the “Order“) or that you have otherwise registered with Grayshift” - (GRAYSHIFT, LLC END USER LICENSE TERMS)
f. Any privacy impact assessments
g. Any instructional materials or presentations; including internal and departmental generated
h. Use policies, guidelines, standard and operating procedures on the use of mobile phone forensics tools and software; including internal and departmental policies
i. Data acquisition, verification, security, retention and destruction policies; including internal and departmental policies

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment or other digital download if available, or CD/DVD-ROM or USB storage device if not.
