Please provide the following documents and reports with regard to the Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom:
1.- Provide the total budget amount allocated for the Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom.
2.- Provide all incorporation or bylaws documents.
3.- Names of current staff, senior leadership fellows, and board members.
4.- Provide copies of all meeting minutes from January 2021 until the date of processing of this request.
5.- A list of donors from January 2021 until the date of processing of this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Current staff: Carlos Diaz Rosillo, Mateo Scotti, Fulvio Pompeo
Senior Leadership Fellows (current active appointments): Nicolas Monckeberg Diaz and Mauricio Macri
Board Members: None
4.- Provide copies of all meeting minutes of the Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom from January 2021 until the date of processing of this request. No responsive documents.
5.- A list of donors to the Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom from January 2021 until the date of processing of this request. Pursuant to Section 1004.28(5)(a) of the Florida Statutes, the records maintained by Florida International University Foundation, a direct support organization, are confidential and exempt from the disclosure provisions of Chapter 119.
6.- Florida International University Board of Trustees' minutes related to the Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom. See attached.
