I hereby request access to records and footage related to any incidents that occurred on July 14th, 2024 to July 15th 2024, at Hard Rock Stadium, located at 347 Don Shula Dr Suite 102, Miami Gardens, FL 33056.
1. Body Camera Footage: All body camera footage from officers present at Hard Rock Stadium on July 14th, covering events leading up to the incident, interactions with individuals involved, and actions taken by officers during and after the incident.
2. Incident Reports: Comprehensive incident reports detailing the events at Hard Rock Stadium on July 14th, including charges filed, statements made by involved parties, and circumstances leading to the arrests.
3. Arrest Records: Records of all individuals arrested in connection with the incident, including specifics about the arrest, charges filed, and any statements made during the booking process.
4. Witness Statements: Any witness statements or reports from individuals who observed or were involved in the incident.
5. Dispatch Records: All dispatch call logs and recordings related to the incident.
6. Surveillance Footage: Any available surveillance footage from Hard Rock Stadium or nearby areas that captured the incident.
7. CCTV Evidence: CCTV footage from Hard Rock Stadium covering the incident.
8. Traffic Camera Footage: Any traffic camera footage from the surrounding area that captured the incident or related events.

As similar records have been previously produced for news organizations, the costs associated with providing these records should be minimal or waived. The records I am requesting pertain to incidents at Hard Rock Stadium on July 14th, 2024. Given that these records have already been released to media outlets, I expect that the retrieval and distribution of these documents will not incur significant expenses.
