Date: 02/20/2025
Location: High Pines neighborhood, Miami-Dade County, FL
Suspect: Tykwon Anderson, 20
Incident Summary: Deputies arrested Anderson in connection with a burglary at the home of University of Miami quarterback Carson Beck. Anderson and three others allegedly broke in around 2:45 a.m., stole a garage opener from a white Range Rover, and used it to enter the residence, where they took vehicle key fobs. Surveillance footage captured the stolen vehicles leaving the neighborhood. Bodycam footage reportedly includes interactions with both Beck and his girlfriend, Hanna Cavinder, as well as the arrest of Anderson.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who:
Responded to the burglary and theft.
Arrested Tykwon Anderson.
Interacted with Carson Beck and Hanna Cavinder.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
