Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

I request access to the following records related to the arrest of Elizar Ravelo, 64, which occurred on August 25, 2023, in the morning at the McDonald's drive-thru, 4999 NW 36th St, Miami Springs, FL:

Body-worn camera footage from all officers involved in the response, investigation, or arrest of Elizar Ravelo.
Incident report(s) and arrest report(s) documenting this case.
Surveillance footage from McDonald’s or any business cameras obtained or reviewed by law enforcement regarding the incident.
In-car (dashcam) video from any patrol units that responded or were involved in transporting Mr. Ravelo.
Rear-seat police vehicle footage (if applicable) from the unit that transported Mr. Ravelo after his arrest.
As this incident occurred in a fast-food establishment with security cameras, surveillance footage is necessary for documenting the altercation and confirming the sequence of events. If any 911 calls exist, I request them only if they provide additional relevant details.

I request a fee waiver as the disclosure of these records serves the public interest in ensuring transparency in law enforcement actions and documenting public safety incidents, rather than for personal or commercial gain.
