Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act § 15.231 et seq., we request the following records:
All raw data collected by the Early Childhood Investment Corporation, as a contractor for the Michigan Department of Education, as a part of the May, second-round award process for Michigan Department of Education's Child Care Stabilization Grants. Please include the most recent facility-level data, including, but not limited to:
- Facility Name or LARA License Number;
- Full-time staff employed at the facility;
- Part-time staff employed at the facility;
- Enrollment;
- Available slots, or any information provided within the grant application relevant to the calculation of available slots at a given center.
This request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that there are fees, we would appreciate if you would inform us of the total charges in advance of fulfilling our request. We would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
