Pursuant to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting performance reports and annual reports (from 2007 to present) for all Drug/Narcotic task force programs where the Michigan State Police works with other law enforcement agencies including federal, other states, and local including, but not limited to:
- BAYANET - Bay Area Narcotics Enforcement Team
- CMET - Central Michigan Enforcement Team
- FANG- Flint Area Narcotics Group
- HUNT - Huron Undercover Narcotics Team
- MET - Metropolitan Enforcement Team
- SANE - Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement
- SSCENT - State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Team
- STING - Strike Team Investigative Narcotics Group
- SWET - Southwest Enforcement Team
- TNT - Traverse Narcotics Team
- TNU - Thumb Narcotics Unit
- TRI COUNTY - Tri County Metro Narcotics
- UPSET - Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team
- WEMET - West Michigan Enforcement Team
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
