Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, and regarding the press release issued on March 1, 2021 (https://www.middlesexsheriff.org/press-releases/news/middlesex-sheriff%E2%80%99s-office-establishes-pre-release-center-sentenced-females), I request copies of the following records:
a) Any and all contracts relating to the new pre-release center for women, including, but not limited to, architecture firms, construction firms, and service providers
b) Any and all MOUs relating to construction for the pre-release center or contracted services involving people at the pre-release center
c) An inventory of programming available to people at the new pre-release center
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I received a response to one request for the correspondence. But I don't see any contracts or memoranda of understanding in there only price quotes included in with other emails. Did you treat both these requests as a single request and include any applicable contracts in with the correspondence?
