Water shutoff and restoration plan for COVID-19 (Milwaukee Water Works)

Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) The number of residential customers disconnected from water service in 2019.

2) Any and all documents related to decisionmaking on whether or not to alter city policies for disconnecting water service due to nonpayment or restoring service to disconnected residences in an attempt to slow the spread of COVID-19

These documents include but are not limited to internal communications, reports, cost studies, health studies, and public declarations. If you have questions or I can modify this request in any way to make it easier for you to fulfil please let me know.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
