Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
I would like all copies of all public data relating to the December 23, 2015 Black Lives Matter/Black Xmas protest in at the Minneapolis Airport/Mall of America.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Thank you for your request. I am currently working on the material for you and hope to have all documents ready next week. There are several duplicate emails so I am also going through and taking out one from everyone copied in the email, to reduce the number of documents I will have to send.

Hello Ms. Hill,
Attached please find any e-mails and social media that is part of the request you made and clarified for me on December 7th. There is no charge for this request as I was able to scan all of them to email. I took out most of the duplicate emails as I received one from each person who was copied on the original email, however I apologize there are still some duplicates.
You have received a copy of the police report under a separate email, which you said you received.
