To Whom It May Concern: Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records: THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF MY PREVIOUS REQUEST WITH REFERENCE NUMBER: DR22_027830. NOTE THAT THIS REQUEST WAS CLOSED DUE TO MY FAILURE TO SPECIFY IF I WANTED TO CONTINUE RECEIVING DATA. IT IS UNCLEAR WHICH YEARS WERE GIVEN TO ME IN THE PREVIOUS REQUEST.
All completed job applications from prospective (hired or not hired) applicants to the police department dating from January 1, 2014 to July 1, 2021. In particular I am looking for (but not restricted to) the following information from each applicant: date application received and/or processed, application unique identifier (if exists), gender/sex (if exists), race (if exists), and any resume/CV/cover letters attached. However, any and all information of the applicantion that is available is most preferred.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
