Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

Recent news reports suggest that Twin Lake is being monitored via drone to determine if people are sunbathing there nude: https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2020/07/14/police-use-drones-to-check-for-nudity-on-twin-cities-beach/

Therefore I request any emails, memos, guidance, or legal analysis about nudity or toplessness at Twin Lake from the calendar year 2020. Any mission reports, arrest records, incident reports about nudity or toplessness at Twin Lake. Any discussion, emails, legal analyses, data retention policies, privacy impact statements, mission plans discussing the use of drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, or other surveillance equipment at Twin Lake or other beaches in the area from the calendar year 2020.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE’s science and technology website (www.motherboard.vice.com).
