- Any and all written or electronic communications, including attachments, between your department and members of USA Pickleball, (@usapickleball.org). This request seeks documents created between January 1, 2020 and the date this request is processed.
- Any emailed or formal complaints containing the word "pickleball." Please search between January 1 and the time this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your data request is partially complete. Please be advised that the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act requires that the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board provide to persons who make requests for data all public data responsive to the request but does not require the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board to create responsive data that does not already exist.

- Any emailed or formal complaints containing the word "pickleball." Please search between January 1 and the time this request is processed. There are approx. 3300 emails, attachments, etc...to review. At this point, due to the amount of data, this review will take weeks to months. Once responsive public data is available it will be placed on a flash drive. You will be notified when the data is complete. An invoice will be prepared and sent along with the email, as well as payment instructions.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
