I'm hoping this message reaches Jason Walker, who I believe was using this
channel to request public data from the University of Minnesota and its
police department related to Robb William Quinlan. That request was sent to
an unmonitored account (police@umn.edu) earlier this month and is just
reaching my inbox.

We process public records requests through an online public records
