Communications
From: Jacob Silverman
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
All electronic communications, including emails, with Netsential, a Texas-based web hosting firm that contracts with local law enforcement, the FBI, and DHS. Netsential was recently the source of the hacked data known as BlueLeaks. I am especially seeking information about contracts Netsential has received to create and maintain websites and other digital services for the FBI, FBI-affiliated organizations, LE, and various intelligence fusion centers, such as the Minnesota Fusion Center. Please also search for communications with Stephen Gartrell, the founder of Netsential.

Dear Mr. Silverman. Thank you for your data request to the BCA in which you seek: "All electronic communications, including emails, with Netsential, a Texas-based web hosting firm that contracts with local law enforcement, the FBI, and DHS. Please also search for communications with Stephen Gartrell, the founder of Netsential." Please know the BCA does not have a contract because the parties were the FBI and Netsential. There are no releasable communications with Stephen Gartrell under the BCA Security Information Declaration, Fusion Center Security Information Declaration and Minn. Stat. § 13.37 (attached). Thank you.
