Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records related to Jamar Clark protests, between November 15th and December 31st, 2015, including but not limited to:
-Civil disturbance operations
-Incident action plans
-Threat assessments
-Intelligence briefs
-Acquiring and/or preparing munitions, vehicles, and other equipment
-Emails and other recorded communication between local, state and federal agencies.
-Information related to the 4th Precinct, located at 1925 Plymouth Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55411
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
