Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all Firearms Discharge and National Use-of-Force Reports reported in 2019, 2020 and 2021. If this information has been entered in a spreadsheet, please provide a spreadsheet with information for all reporting departments by year.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Hi, thanks for sending this information. However, the 2019 and 2020 reports you provided do not contain the requested information. I'm looking for the individual use of force reports submitted by each agency, permitting analysis of which agencies submitted reports and what types of force were used in each separate incident. Can you please send me a copy of each use of force report for 2019 and 2020 or a list of the incident dates and available incident details (including reporting agency, injuries or deaths caused, whether the incident was a firearms discharge or other incident type, etc.)?
