The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To Whom It May Convern.
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 201.091, and the Cilek decision (MN Supreme Court, 2020), information other than the public information list is unavailable to the public. The information that is available to the public is, under that same statute, available only to registered Minnesota voters, and only for the limited purposes of elections, political and law enforcement purposes.
The request would need to come from a Minnesota registered voter and they would need to swear under penalty of perjury that the information was for one of the permitted purposes. There is also a $46 fee for the available data. The form for making the request is available at https://www.sos.state.mn.us/election-administration-campaigns/data-maps/registered-voter-list-requests/
