I am requesting from your Office of Human Resources all official job descriptions posted and used for hiring personnel under job requisition #302507. I seek the records detailing unit-assigned responsibilities and required and preferred qualifications. This request explicitly excludes general job classification descriptions.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

A message was sent to you regarding record request #24-714:
Thanks for your message. We sent a message to you on May 16 in which we shared that "In alignment with state law and our policy and procedures regarding public access to University information, multiple requests filed on the same day by the same individual are bundled and treated as one request. As noted in a message sent in connection with Ref No 24-717, this applies to this request. This request will be closed now that it is bundled with Ref No 24-717.”
Referring now to Ref No 24-717, with which this request (Ref No 24-714) was bundled on May 16, we sent a message to you on June 6 that noted a deposit check sent to pay for staff time spent collecting and copying responsive data was not made out to the appropriate office and could not be cashed. We reiterated the final payment amount and appropriate remittance information in that June 6 message. We then followed up with messages on June 19 and June 21 that received no response. The request was closed on June 21.
